Delivery and Returns Policy

Acceptance of your order.

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and cabba.co.uk shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have them in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
If the items that you order are out of stock, subject to delay in stock updates or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the e mail address or telephone number you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Stock items will be delivered within two working days.
Bespoke items , will be dispatched from 5 -21 days from the date of payment. A date can be discussed for an express Bespoke service.
Orders dispatched are subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

Postage Prices/ Shipping Rates

UK   minimum £10 Special Delivery with tracking number
Europe  minimum £20 International signed (3-7 working days) for with tracking number
Rest of world minimum £30 International signed (5 -10 working days)  for with tracking number

VAT

If you are in the UK or EU and are shipping to the UK or EU, prices shown are inclusive of VAT (at the current rate).
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please see below.

Duties and taxes

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. You will be made aware of this at the point of purchase, before any payments are made and your permission to continue will be taken as your agreement to accept any additional duties and customs charges applicable. Customs policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Clearance processes and duty collection vary depending on the country and the amount of duties applicable. This may delay your delivery, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Duty payment may need to be confirmed and paid before clearance of the goods/ or pay in cash on delivery of the duties when the courier delivers/ or an invoice will be received by post after the goods are delivered.

Please be aware that if you don?t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by cabba.co.uk to you.

Local duties and taxes are non-refundable, should you wish to return an item.

Returns

1. Items should be returned to cabba.co.uk new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. This must be within 7 days of receipt of the goods.


2. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.


3. Please email us if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags.


4. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RAN). Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. To obtain an RAN number please email contact@cabba.co.uk  within 5 days of receiving goods.


5. All returns must be clearly marked on the outer packaging and on the original invoice as UK returned goods, returned item not required together with your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).  Failure to do so may result in any returned items from outside of the UK incurring additional taxes and duties on import to the UK, which will be the your responsibility to pay. This may delay your refund, credit or exchange. We cannot process any returns or exchanges with taxes and duties outstanding and reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund.
All items must be returned with their original receipt with the Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly displayed in order for us to issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and does not include any shipping or handling costs, Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence


6. cabba.co.uk will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 7 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of cabba.co.uk and can only be refunded with a 'credit note' which can be used online.


7. Faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of date of purchase. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability and if the item cannot be repaired. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.


8. Colours. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on cabba.co.uk. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.


9. It is advisable to send all returned items by DHL or Special Delivery. Any returned items must be insured for the full amount of the sum paid and signed for on delivery. Please keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. All returns must be returned to Cabba.


10. Bespoke /made to order/ custom items can not be returned as they are made for the customer specifically, to their details and requirements.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All International returns must be clearly marked on the outer packaging and on the original invoice as UK returned goods, returned item not required together with your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Failure to do so may result in your returned items incurring additional taxes and duties on import to the UK, which will be the your responsibility to pay. This may delay your refund, credit or exchange. We cannot process any returns or exchanges with taxes and duties outstanding and reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged. To return an item, you must contact customer services within 5 days of receipt of the goods to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items must be returned to cabba.co.uk, in their original unworn, undamaged state with all of the original security tags attached, in the original packaging together with any promotional gifts received as part of the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All items must be returned with their original receipt with the Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly displayed in order for us to issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and does not include any shipping or handling costs.  Any additional duties and taxes incurred by non-EU customers are also non-refundable.

It is advisable to send all returned items by DHL. Any returned items must be insured for the full amount of the sum paid and signed for on delivery. Please keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

RETURNS POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS

Same as above except that we request that all sale items are returned within 7 days of the date you received your item in order.
 
CANCELLATION

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, providing you give us written notice within 5 working days of receipt.
On receipt of your written notification, our Customer Services will email you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items must be returned to cabba.co.uk, in their original unworn, undamaged state with all of the original security tags attached, in the original packaging together with any promotional gifts received as part of the purchase within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All items must be returned clearly marked on the outer packaging and on the original invoice as UK returned goods, returned item not required? together with relevant authorisation number (RAN) clearly displayed in order for us to issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Failure to do so may result in your returned items incurring additional taxes and duties on import to the UK, which will be the your responsibility to pay. This may delay your refund as we cannot process any returns or exchanges with taxes and duties outstanding and reserve the right to deduct these charges from your refund amount.

Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and does not include any shipping or handling costs.  Any additional duties and taxes incurred by customers are also non-refundable.

On receipt of the returned goods, you receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
